At unique ink factory, we supply the professional-grade gear (inks, powders, vinyls) and the finished prints to help you hustle. Here is how we keep the standard high and the process safe.
- The 7-day “soundcheck” (returns & quality), we move fast, and so should you.
The rule: you have 7 days from the moment your order arrives to report any issues. What covers: this applies to everything—custom prints, blanks, inks, vinyls, and powders.
The fix: if the product is defective (e.g., ink is bad, print is peeling, or we sent the wrong item), let us know within 7 days at hello@uniqueinks.co.za. We will verify it and replace it.
Note: after 7 days, the show is over. We cannot accept claims after this window.
- The source material (file quality) we are quality printers and suppliers, but we aren’t magicians. A print is only as good as the file you send us.
The requirement: for perfect results, we need high-quality vector files or 300 dpi PNGs with transparent backgrounds.
The reality: if you send a low-quality, blurry, or pixelated image, that is exactly what will be printed. We are not responsible for the result if the source file was bad. The solution (redesign service): don’t have a high-res file? No stress. Send us what you have, and our design team can redraw or vectorize it for you for a design fee. Ask us for a quote before we print!
- Safety & responsibility (the “back home” clause) we guarantee that our consumables (dtf powders, uv inks, eco-solvent inks, etc.) Are
of the highest industry standard when they leave our shop. However, these are professional chemical products.
Your safety obligations:
Ventilation: when curing dtf powder or working with solvent inks, you must use
proper extraction and wear a mask. Fumes can be hazardous in enclosed spaces.
Heat safety: You are responsible for the safe operation of your heat presses and
curing ovens.
Liability: We guarantee the quality of the product in the bottle/bag, but we take no responsibility for how you use it. Once the product is in your hands, you are responsible for your own health and safety protocols.
